      Children can  take part in 18th century games that no doubt delighted young people on Craven Street in years past, including quoits, marbles, stringed cat’s cradles, and cup-and-ball. The museum itself is rich in history and the world's only remaining Franklin home. Between 1757 and 1775, Dr Benjamin Franklin – scientist, diplomat, philosopher, inventor, Founding Father of the United States lived behind its doors; Today it is dynamic museum and educational facility.

      The V&A Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green is an extraordinary celebration to all things Fun. With a permanent collection of toys dating back to over a hundred years, not only does it offer an intriguing history of play, you might also find yourself going down memory lane with its’ comprehensive chronology of twentieth century toys. Plus, there are always events, storytelling and workshops going on. Yippee!
