In November 2012 Pierre Koffmann celebrated 35 years since he opened the legendary La Tante Claire restaurant in London where he went on to earn the coveted three Michelin stars.

To celebrate these remarkable three and a half decades of culinary legacy, Pierre was joined by nine of his prestigious protégés, all now leading chefs themselves, for two special dinners.

On each of the two nights, five chefs presented dishes inspired by their time working with Pierre. Together they created a dynamic tribute feast, with Pierre preparing his own iconic dish as the main course. After the meal, Pierre and the chefs joined guests and recounted a tale or two from their memorable days together.
