- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from point of sale
- All bookings are subject to availability. Pre booking is strongly recommended.
- Gift certificates are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen
- Certificate must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the relevant property
- Experiences are provided with set components for set numbers of people
- Information provided is correct at the time of going to print. However content is liable to change thereafter
- Any changes to Experiences will be advised at time of booking
- Please advise us of any dietary requirements upon booking
- Experience certificates will be dispatched within 3 working days
