FULL CAST ANNOUNCED FOR ALMEIDA'S RUINED

Date: 15 Apr - 05 Jun 10
Event: Ruined
Location: Almeida Theatre

Full casting details have been announced for the forthcoming performances of the Pulitzer prize-winning play Ruined.

The Lynn Nottage-written production is set to play at the Almeida Theatre in central London from 15th April to 5th June. The venue is easily accessed from the five star Berkeley hotel, leaving guests plenty of time to enjoy a luxury spa treatment before heading to the event.

Visitors to the Almeida will be able to enjoy performances by Damola Adelaja, David Ajala, Michelle Asante and Silas Carson, who join the previously announced Jenny Jules and Lucian Msamati. The cast is completed by Kehinde Fadipe, Joel Kangudi, Okezie Morro, Wunmi Mosaku and Steve Toussaint.

Set in a small mining town in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ruined tells the story of a bar owner named Mama Nadi, who is forced to "reassess her business priorities and personal loyalties" amid the chaos and destruction of civil war.

Visit the Almeida for a night of powerful theatre after you check into the Berkeley hotel.
