Out Of The Blue - Online Reservations Policy

  • Out Of The Blue can only be booked in its entirety - it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
  • The experience costs £200 and payment is taken on the night.
  • Credit card details are required to secure all Out Of The Blue reservations. No deposit is processed on your credit card and you will be required to pay on the day. A charge will only be incurred if you fail to arrive for your reservation without notice, or cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your reservation time.
  • Bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance. Bookings can be made online or over the phone. Phone booking lines will be open Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
  • Due to the nature of the experience, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary requirements or drink preferences, however please liaise with our team upon booking to share your allergies and intolerances with us, who will advise if this experience is suitable for you.
  • Confirmation of your booking will be emailed.
  • 72 hours prior to your dining experience, an SMS text message will be sent to you reminding you of your booking and welcoming you to Out Of The Blue.
  • We respecfully ask for guests to arrive at the Blue Bar at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your experience to be introduced to Out Of The Blue.
  • Please note that due to the nature of the experience, we are unable to accommodate delays to the start of Out Of The Blue of more than 10 minutes past your allocated seating time.
  • The experience will begin promptly for all guests. In fairness to other guests, latecomers will join in with the experience in progress.
  • To ensure an equally delightful and intriguing experience for future customers, we kindly ask you to refrain from taking videos of the experience to share on social media.
  • Attendees must be 18 years or older.
  • Gift certificates are not able to be used for Out Of The Blue.
