Sweeping swathes of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens – a panorama of acres of grass and trees make a restful backdrop to your workout. Naturally the cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines and free weights are leading-edge, the personal trainers impeccably trained and the sound and vision unparalleled.

      Personal Training Sessions

      Personal training is the best way to set and achieve fitness objectives, whether it’s for life or for a specific goal. Our trainers at the Berkeley are great for motivation and highly skilled in creating a programme to see you fulfil your fitness potential in absolute safety.

      What’s on offer?

      Boxercise
      Short bursts of interval circuit training in disciplines such as shadow boxing, skipping, lunges, crunches and press-ups is how boxers stay fit. Boxercise classes are designed for men and women at all
      levels of fitness and is a high-intensity workout with never a dull moment.

      Cardio training
      As the name suggests, cardio refers to any exercise that will raise your heart rate. Sustained over a period of time, cardio training will make you and your heart and lungs fitter and healthier.

      Weight training
      Weights are used to help tone, strengthen and, should you wish it, build muscles. Whether you prefer resistance machines or free weights, results include toning, strengthening and streamlining bodies, as well as boosting metabolism.


      Prices for personal training sessions start at £80 per hour.

      Wellness isn’t just about not being ill, but discovering and maintaining a healthy balance of well-being and happiness, with a fitter body, healthier diet, focused mind and unruffled spirit. To this end, with every purchase of Personal Training sessions we offer the services listed below – each designed to enable your trainer to tailor every minute of your session to your optimal well-being. Fit Analysis – this covers various assessments and measurements, including the below:

      · Resting heart rate, blood pressure measurement and cardiovascular fitness testing
      · Body fat analysis
      · Body Mass Index measurement
      · Flexibility assessment
      · Muscular endurance or strength assessments
