      Our experienced personal trainers will be offering a selection of group fitness classes.

      They will offer these bespoke thirty-minute classes four times per week. The four classes offer a comprehensive full-body work-out and can complement your current fitness regime.

      Maximum four people per class – book early to avoid disappointment.

    MONDAY 10:00am  Circuit Training Want to hit the ground running? This class is intense and effective and includes military jumps and press ups. See the difference after just a few weeks.
    WEDNESDAY    1:00pm  Cardio burning Want to burn off those holiday pounds? This is the class for you. We'll include a wide range of exercise designed to burn fat and tone.
    FRIDAY 1:00pm  Crunch it  Focusing on that hard-to-work abdominal region, these exercises will help give you the lean and flat tummy you deserve.
    SATURDAY 09:00 Total workout A top-to-toe workout, where you'll work up a sweat and see great results. This is an intense class that targets the whole body.
