Chef’s Table
Get up close to the highest levels of culinary craftsmanship. The Chef’s Table at Marcus is a gastronomic delight with a dash of theatre, for up to 10 guests. In line with restrictions, we can currently only seat 6 guests.
À La Carte
A selection of starters, main courses and desserts are individually priced.
Taste menu
The seasonal Taste menu offers the flexibility of five or eight courses and allows you to experience favourite seasonal dishes, hand-picked by the chef patrons, Shauna and Mark Froydenlund.
Five-course menu at £105 per person
Wine pairing – Sommelier’s Selection £90 per person, Prestige Selection £195 per person
Seven-course menu at £125 per person
Wine pairing – Sommelier’s Selection £105 per person, Prestige Selection £250 per person
Lunch menu
Three-course set menu, available Wednesday to Sunday, at £60 per person.
