The Chef’s Table at Marcus is an exhilarating gastronomic experience.
From your private dining table and entertaining space you’ll have front-row seats to watch our award-winning team at work. Our chef patrons, Mark and Shauna Froydenlund, and their talented brigade, will be happy to answer questions and divulge the secrets of the kitchen.
The show begins from your first enquiry, with our dedicated events team working with you to orchestrate the perfect experience. This is dining with a sense of drama – and we make sure every detail is fully rehearsed and note perfect.
Every Chef’s Table experience is a one-off. Whether it’s a five-course lunch or eight-course dinner menu, seasonal dishes, hand-picked from our repertoire, are the order of the day. A wine selection, created with our executive sommelier, provides a perfectly complementary finishing touch.
Prices start at £105 per person for lunch, £150 per person for dinner with an optional canapé reception at £20 per person.
