    Marcus opened Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley in 2008 following  a nine-year position of Chef Patron at the restaurant when it was formally known as Pétrus.
    His modern inspired cuisine has won him national acclaim and retained his two Michelin-stars accolade. Well-known for his dedication and perfectionist approach to cooking and hospitality, Marcus is proud to be a chef that can regularly be seen at the kitchen's hotplate.

    For an intimate party of up to 16 guests, book the Pomerol Room at Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley for fine food, striking style and perfect privacy which is equally stunning for lunch or dinner.
    Chef’s Table
    The Chef’s Table, set back from the heat of the kitchen, is intimate, luxurious and strategically positioned to oversee the workings of the kitchen and the theatrics that each day brings.

    Upon arrival guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne with canapés and with expertise from Head Sommelier Michael Deschamps you’ll select the perfect wine to complement each course.
