      After an extensive refurbishment the former Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley has reopened as Marcus.  The new interiors masterfully reflect and complement the modern, fresh approach that Marcus Wareing has taken across the board with the relaunch of his eponymous two Michelin starred restaurant. The new ‘look’ exudes cool sophistication; a carefully considered blend of timeless elegance, clean, classical lines and a refined color palette provides a fresh, inviting and relaxing backdrop for Marcus and his team to thrill and enchant their guests.

      Marcus remains at the helm, working closely with Head Chef Mark Froydenlund. The essence of the food has been retained but has been updated. The menus deliver modern European food with a British influence characterised by the finest produce, exacting execution and creative flair. Tasting plates are an innovative new offering, as is the option of ordering just one course at lunch (from £12). 

      Relaxed formality is the order of the day and is no more apparent than in the service, led by Restaurant Manager Daniel Greenock who strikes the perfect balance between engaging, knowledgeable, passionate, attentive and unassuming.

      The À la carte now priced at £60 for two, £85 for three and £95 for four courses. The 8 course Taste menu starts at £120, both available for lunch and dinner.

  • PRIVATE DINING - THE SALON

    The Salon is a modern, bright, private dining room nestled in a corner of the restaurant. A specially raised floor separates the Salon from the main dining room and four floor to ceiling curtained windows provide natural daylight and views over Wilton Place and St Paul’s, Knightsbridge. Seating up to 16, guests can enjoy Marcus’s menus at their own secluded table or if preferred, the doors can remain open allowing parties to enjoy the buzz of the main dining room.

    Superb for any bespoke event, our dedicated event team manage all aspects of your reservation from booking stage until follow up the day after.  The simple goal is to create a unique and memorable event, personally tailored to your needs.
     

  • CHEF'S TABLE

    The Chef’s Table is a fantastic, interactive experience. Now opening directly into the main dining room this raised entertaining space provides front row seats to the best food theatre in London, allowing guests to engage with the Chefs with ease. Seating up to ten guests, an opaque glass screen offers total privacy whilst also providing colourful glimpses of the buzzing main dining room beyond.
