    • The Caramel Room

      Succumb to the pleasures of the Caramel Room as the Berkeley’s Executive Chef Shaun Whatling brings together a tempting menu of British classics, inspired by seasonal and carefully sourced ingredients from some of Britain’s most respected producers. The menu, full of reassuringly heart-warming dishes, combines wonderful ingredients gathered from forest, field, stream and seashore, served in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

      The Caramel Room will be closed from 1 May, reopening on 6 June. During this time we would be delighted to welcome you in the Berkeley Bar for a light breakfast or at Koffmann's, which is open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

    Find yourself a cosy corner for dinner in the Caramel Room as the Berkeley’s executive chef Shaun Whatling brings together a brand new menu of British classics, created using seasonal and carefully sourced ingredients from some of Britain’s most well respected producers.  

    The menu combines wonderful ingredients gathered from forest, field, stream and seashore.

    In addition we offer a lighter dining menu of delicious Middle Eastern delicacies and mezze options on request.

    Snacks from our Berkeley Bites menu are also served between 5.00pm and 7.00pm daily.
