    Find yourself a cosy corner for dinner in the Caramel Room as the Berkeley’s executive chef Shaun Whatling brings together a brand new menu of British classics, inspired by seasonal and carefully sourced ingredients from some of Britain’s most well respected producers.  

    The menu combines wonderful ingredients gathered from forest, field, stream and seashore.

    In addition we offer a lighter dining menu of delicious Middle Eastern delicacies and mezze options on request.

    Snacks from our Berkeley Bites menu are also served between 5.00pm and 7.00pm daily.

    The Caramel Room was designed by New Yorker Alexandra Champalimaud.
    It mixes low lighting with chocolate coloured wall coverings and snappy faux-crocodile fabrics for a sleek, chic setting, making the Caramel Room an ideal setting for casual dining and afternoon tea in subtle, sophisticated style.
