So whether you’re here for business or pleasure, stretching out skyline-side at the rooftop pool or being first in line for Cédric Grolet’s signature patisserie, you can enjoy an effortless start to your stay.  

Guests making a direct reservation with The Berkeley, or our chosen partners, simply need to provide their estimated arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll then have your suite or room ready – or a beautifully appointed resting space for you to relax in, while you wait. Meanwhile, Maybourne’s new spa and wellness club, Surrenne, heralds a new era in wellbeing – promising transformative treatments. And with complimentary membership wrapped up in each stay, serenity awaits.

• Check-in is as early as 10am on arrival day and estimated time of arrival must be provided at least 48 hours prior to arrival
• A ‘resting’ room will be provided if the original booked room category is not available
• This guaranteed 10am check-in is not applicable to Group, OTA, Wholesaler and Corporate Negotiated rates
